Easter Weekend Wine Win Terms & Conditions

The promoter is: Barossa Grape & Wine Association, whose registered office is at The Barossa Cellar, 991 Stockwell Road, Vine Vale SA, 5352.

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Barossa Grape & Wine Association and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be 12 midnight (ACST) Monday 13 April 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entry is via purchase or any wine or gin product on www.barossabeconsumed.com.au between Saturday 11 April 2020 and the closing date.

One (1) winner will be chosen per day.

Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from each business in the applicable prize pool and Barossa Grape & Wine Association.

Entrants may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time after the competition period.

One entry per person, per prize pool

Entrants MUST be 18 years of age or over. Photo ID will be requested at time of prize collection.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize pools are as follows:

3 prizes of  One (1) pack containing six (6) 750ml bottles of Barossa wine. Delivered to the winner via Wine Delivery Australia (Couriers Please) within their Australian distribution networks. Minimum value $165 per prize pack.

The wines will be chosen at random and individual preferences/requests will not be permitted.

The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

The winners will be notified by email and notification on barossabeconsumed.com.au on Tuesday 14 April 2020. If the winner does not claim the prize via return email within 72 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prizes will be posted directly to the winner within 14 days of claim.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You are providing your information to Barossa Grape & Wine Association and any business directly involved in the prize pools, as indicated. Your privacy will be respected at all times and your details will not be sold or otherwise misused.
